The exceptional service provided by the staff members truly made my stay unforgettable. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive concierge team and delightful restaurant staff, every member went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. the only downside was the lack of a heating system in the cabinet for drying clothes.

Our room at Ramada Downtown was perfect, boasting a stunning water view of the Burj Khalifa. the staff was exceptional, and we appreciated the convenient location near the opera house and Dubai Mall. the room offered a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and modern appliances. We loved the spacious rooms, helpful concierge service, and the grocery store next door for added convenience. a fantastic stay!

There was no dryer in the room, so I had to wash and hang clothes for a day to dry. there was an incident where the housekeeping staff opened our bags that were on the kitchen counter and emptied them, which was a breach of privacy and trust.

Loved the free transfer to Dubai Mall, but wish they offered one back to the hotel. The restaurant staff was attentive, and having a washing machine and large fridge in the room was convenient. The spa and outdoor pool were perfect for relaxation, and being near landmarks like Burj Khalifa and Souk Al Bahar enhanced our family bonding time. Can't wait to return!

Just got back from a stay in Dubai and had the BEST time at the hotel near Dubai Mall! the views of the fountain and Burj Khalifa were absolutely breathtaking. DEFINITELY going back! the room was even better than the photos!

Arriving at this hotel was an absolute delight! the front office desk and valet desk staff, especially Shahzad, were incredible. the guys at the front door in their blue shirts were so helpful and friendly, without exception - they made us feel so welcome. the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide range and the chef even made personalized omelettes. the room service was top-notch, and the daily housekeeping was thorough. the outdoor dining area was lovely for a relaxing meal, and the staff were always polite and accommodating.

While our stay was amazing, there were a couple of things that could be improved. the road construction outside the hotel caused some traffic jams when entering or leaving the premises.

The Dubai Mall was just a short walk away, and we had a blast at VR Park and the Dubai Ice Rink. Plus, the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain were right there - the views were insane! The location made it easy for us to party and have fun all day long.

Wish there were more late-night hangout spots nearby for us young folks!

The leisurely 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall allowed us to explore various family-friendly entertainment options like Kidzania, Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, VR Park, Ekart Zabeel, and the indoor Dubai Ice Rink. Additionally, the proximity to the world's tallest tower, Burj Khalifa, and the breathtaking Dubai Fountain provided us with memorable experiences, making our holiday truly special.

My wife says that having more children's activities in the hotel facilities would enhance the family experience.

This hotel in the heart of the city was a great find. First of all, the location is perfect, right next to Dubai Mall. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the mall and explore everything it has to offer. Plus, the hotel staff were amazing - Nadeem was really welcoming and always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious and had lovely views of the fountain. It was a pleasure to wake up and see the fountain from my window every morning. The breakfast included in the rate was also a treat, with a good selection of options to choose from.

The hospitality of Mr. Dhiaa from the hotel management was also greatly appreciated. The staff made us feel like family and provided exceptional service.

The view from my room was wonderful, overlooking the Dubai fountain and the Burj Khalifa. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were always helpful. There was a supermarket conveniently located next to the hotel and they even offered a free shuttle to Dubai Mall, although I opted for a taxi instead. I also appreciated the hotel's Mercedes Vito service to and from the airport, which easily accommodated our large suitcases. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
